No, unfortunately at this time we are not open on Sundays. We extend our Sunday hours during the holiday season. We will update holiday hours on our website and our Facebook page - become a fan! Do you offer delivery and set-up for your furniture? For example, can I get delivery to Wilmington? Yes and yes! Our deliveries are set-up through a 3rd party local business who has a great reputation in Winston-Salem. He has delivered all over the state and beyond! Where are you located? Rolly's is conveniently located in Thruway Shopping Center in Winston-Salem, NC right off of Business 40.
Do you carry other items in your store that are not on your website? Yes. Unfortunately, it is impossible to list every product that is available for sale in the store on our website. However, we feel we have picked the best lines for our online store. Do you know of a line we should carry in our store? Let us know! We will look into it! You show furniture online that is available for in store purchase only, are there any exceptions? Because most of our furniture vendors don't ship directly to the customer, it is best for customers to find a local dealer before having furniture shipped. This eliminates any problems that can arise from potential damages during delivery, defective products, etc. It is more convenient for the customer to deal with problems locally rather than online. If you cannot find a dealer in your area, we are more than happy to accommodate pricing the furniture you are interested in and what the shipping would entail.
Do you price match? Yes, it is impossible to know what the best deals are online all the time. We would love the opportunity to earn your business. If you find a better price online, contact us!
What is the lead time for your furniture? There is no clear answer to this question. A collection that you are looking at could be in stock one week and then out of stock the next. Typically, we get shipments every 4-6 weeks from our furniture manufacturers. If your furniture is in stock, it will ship out on our next shipment. If it is not in stock, we can find out when it is expected. In some cases, furniture will ship incomplete. The manufacturers will ship out cribs and dressers even if a smaller piece is not ready (i.e guard rail, conversion kit). We give our best estimate based on past ordering history with the company.
I am due in 4 weeks, will I be able to get furniture in time? We are more than happy to accommodate someone that needs something in stock for immediate delivery. We can give you the availability of what is in stock in our warehouse. We can also look at when our next shipments should arrive from manufacturers and what they currently have in stock.
